Expertise: Quantitative study design, coordination and analysis, as well as all phases and techniques of qualitative studies. Accredited public relations practitioner. Past-president of the Oregon Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (APR).

John L. Campbell - Project Manager
John's expertise includes both primary and secondary research. Responsible for project development and coordination, including design, writing, focus group coordination, discussion guides, questionnaires, business-to-business and consumer interviews, summaries, and client communications. Project management skills include event logistics, coordination, staffing and hosting. John is also experienced with interviewer supervision, data processing, and analysis.

Crystal Bolyard – Project Manager
