More and more, organizations are turning to the web to listen to their current and potential customers. Online surveys are useful in reaching employees, existing customers and other pre-qualified audiences.
Online surveys allow participants to take the survey at their own pace, and are often more cost-effective and efficient than other survey methods, and can often be done in a shorter timeline. However, while target groups such as homeowners, club / store members, special interest groups, and stakeholders are easily reached, other groups (i.e. seniors) may not be adequately represented in the sample.
