Mailback Surveys

Under certain circumstances, mail back surveys can be a productive and useful method for collecting feedback from pre-qualified audiences.

Mailback surveys allow participants to administer the survey on their own time, are good for certain audiences not available by phone, and allow for visuals, concepts, and messages to be viewed in the survey.

Use Mailback Surveys to:

  • Hear from pre-qualified audiences at their convenience
  • Reach audiences not typically available by phone
  • Test visual messaging and concepts
  • Layout in-depth background information
